This page is maintained by the Scrapco Ninja Kart Awards Night organisers to explain how we handle information collected through this website. It is editable site content, not an independent certification.
What we collect
- Bookings: name, email, phone, ticket selection, and (for drivers) t-shirt size and dietary requirements.
- Shop orders: name, email, phone, items and sizes purchased.
- Award votes: your name and phone (used only to prevent duplicate votes).
How it is stored
Records are stored in a managed database with row-level security enabled. The public website cannot read booking, order, or vote records — only the organisers can view them through the password-protected admin panel.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card details — Stripe handles the entire payment page and returns only a confirmation reference to us.
